The Southern California Chapter of the Antiquarian Booksellers Association of America welcomes you to online registration for the 45th California International Antiquarian Book Fair, which this year will be held for the first time in Pasadena.

Booth sizes:

10'x15' (3m x 4.5m) Booth: US$ 4,500
10'x10' (3m x 3m) Booth: US $2,500
Shared Booth: One half of a 10'x15' Booth: US $2,350
                      One half of a 10'x10' Booth: US $1,500

(a deposit of US $800 is required to reserve a booth)

Please note that the Committee has worked hard to reduce booth fees by approximately 20 percent from the 2010 Book Fair.

This online registration system will allow you to register and pay for your booth rental and equipment. It will also provide you with an opportunity to update your exhibitor information and specialties list, as well as buy a Directory advertisement.

If you wish to purchase an advertisement in the 45th California International Antiquarian Book Fair Directory, but do not wish to register for the Fair, click here to download an ad reservation form.

ATTENTION ANY ABAA/ILAB MEMBER WHO HAS NEVER EXHIBITED AT A PREVIOUS CALIFORNIA ABAA BOOK FAIR: First-time exhibitors at the California International Antiquarian Book Fair will be entitled to a ONE-TIME 10% discount on their booth fee. We hope that those colleagues who have never previously participated in California ABAA Book Fairs will take advantage of this offer.

PLEASE NOTE: All applications (both online and hard- copy) are date-stamped as they are received. Only dealers who submit their completed applications including deposit by Friday, October 7, 2011 will be included in the November 2011 lottery.
